Meetings are on the First Wednesday of the month. The business meeting is at 6:30p.m. and the general meeting follows at 7:00p.m. at the Eau Claire EXPO Center unless otherwise notified.

September's Meeting
will be on the 5th at 6:30p.m. and we will do as much set up as we can for Saturday's Beer Festival!

On-Line Ticket sales for 2007 event are now closed.

Advance sale tickets can still be purchased for $25.00 each at the Coffee Grounds until 12:00 Noon on Saturday 9/8/2007.

After noon on Saturday, tickets can only be purchased at the event. There are less 100 tickets available as of noon on Friday!

Web orders must be paid with a credit card or PayPal account.

Shipping, handling and 5.5% Wisconsin and Eau Claire County
sales tax is included in the ticket price.
You do not need a PayPal account to pay with your credit card.

Advance Tickets are available for $25.00 at the Coffee Grounds.

Tickets will be $28.00 at the door
for general admission tickets if available.
(the event has sold out for the last 3 years).
