Exhibitor Registration

Table Space: Each space comes with a 2.5' x 8' table and up to two folding chairs.
Gear that you are selling can be leaned against the table or on top of the table. You will not be allowed to project bikes and accessories into the aisle more than a foot from your table. With this in mind please reserve the number to tables that you will need to display your gear. You will be able to reload your table(s) throughout the day from your vehicle or secure trailer.

Multiple booths reserved in advance will be placed together unless requested otherwise.
Vendors must rent four spaces or more to put up a pop-up tent or merchandising racks.

Check - Fill out registration form, print the form, submit the form, then make the check out to Eau Claire JC's and mail check and form to P.O. Box 343, Eau Claire, WI 54702
(organizers will know it is your intention to participate but will not lock you or your business in until payment is received.)

Credit Card or PayPal - submit this form and follow instructions on the next page. Please note that if paying for more than 1 table, you will have to change the qty ordered in the "PayPal Cart" to match the number of desired tables. The number of table actually paid for will be the number reserved regardless of the number selected on this form.
(If using someone else's PayPal account please indicate the account name in the comments so we can match the payment to your registration)

After you Submit this form, click on the "Pay Now" button to pay by PayPal or credit card. You do not need to sign up for a PayPal account to use your credit card.

After filling out this registration form give us any comments you may wish to then click the submit button to proceed to pay on-line for your table. You will be directed to a secure on-line payment page.
When table payment is received organizers will send you a note confirming your participation
in the Valley Silent Sports EXPO

EXPO Rules:
1. No refunds
2. Make payment to the Eau Claire Jaycees and mail to:

(Mailed paid registrations will be placed on the floor in the order that they are received
and require an email to confirm.)
3. Exhibitor setup begins at 8:30a.m. and concludes at 10:00a.m.
4. Doors open at 10:00a.m. and vendors must remain at EXPO until merchandise is sold out.
5. Please respect the facility and other vendors.
Only non-motorized equipment will be allowed on the floor.
6. The Eau Claire Jaycees, sponsors and volunteers are not responsible for
lost, stolen, or damaged items.
7. Aisles and walkways may not be obstructed.
8. Professional businesses must display a copy of a valid sellers permit to sell at the EXPO.
Private individuals may sell their items as if they were selling them at a yard sale.
9. EXPO operators reserve the right to modify these rules and add new rules without notice.
